AHRI’s Directory shall be used for reference purposes only, and may be used only pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. The Directory and its contents are proprietary products of AHRI. The contents of the Directory may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced; copied; disseminated; sold; downloaded; entered into a computer database; modified; or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means, for direct or derivative use, except for the user’s individual, non-commercial, personal and confidential reference.
As a condition of your use of the AHRI Directory, you warrant to AHRI that you will not use the AHRI Directory or any information contained therein for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. You may not use the Directory in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Directory or interfere with any other party’s use of the Directory.
AHRI Certified ratings are valid only for the equipment listed in the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute's Directory of Certified Product Performance
The AHRI logo and certification mark are copyrighted. All copyrights, licenses and other proprietary notices must be retained. To licensee this data for any purpose other than the aforementioned, please contact AHRI
AHRI does not endorse the products listed in this Directory nor make any representations, warranties or guarantees as to, and assumes no responsibility for, the products listed in this Directory. AHRI expressly disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising out of the use or performance of the products listed in this Directory, and for information and data entered into the Directory by parties other than AHRI, or entered by AHRI at the express direction of the third party.
AHRI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Directory and any related services or any portion thereof at any time, pursuant to this Agreement, AHRI governing documents such as AHRI’s General Operations and Product Specific Operations Manuals, Certification Program Participation Agreement, or any other applicable agreement.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AHRI and each of the Directors, officers, agents, contractors, partners and employees, harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with any user content, third party applications, software, or content you post or share through the Directory, your use of the Directory, your conduct in connection with the Directory or with other users of the Directory, or any violation of this Agreement or of any law or the rights of any third party.
By using the AHRI Directory, you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and AHRI. You agree not to commence or prosecute any action in connection therewith other than in the local and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and you hereby consent to venue and jurisdiction in the local and federal courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia and waive all defenses or lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens.
Warranties and Disclaimers
